Job Title : Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Job Specifications :

- Java Selenium : Strong coding experience in Java and expertise in building scenarios with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

- API Automation Testing : Hands-on experience with API automation testing using tools like Rest Assured or Soap.

- SQL : Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.

- Test Automation Frameworks : Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Cross-Browser Testing : Ability to perform cross-browser testing using tools like SauceLabs or BrowserStack.

- Agile Environment : Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced Agile environment.

- Communication Skills : Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Team Leadership : Ability to lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.

- Quality Engineering Metrics : Define and report quality engineering metrics.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and build test automation frameworks from scratch.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product management, application development, DevOps, and other technical teams.

- Provide guidance and assistance to test automation engineers.

- Expand the capabilities of the framework to support automated tests against different testing environments.

- Develop automated component tests to validate component behavior.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD technologies like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

- Knowledge of other languages/tools such as AngularJS, Protractor, Jasmine, JavaScript, JMeter, UFT/QTP.

- Java Certification and knowledge or experience in AWS Cloud is highly desirable.
