Role & responsibilities

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Must be Tech-Friendly.
3. At least 3 to 4 year Experience in Home loan and DSA Management and DST Channel
4. Mandatory to have HOME Loan/Mortgage experience
5. Team management experience
6. Able to train and nurture the team
7. Each RSM should manage 3-4

5. Excellent Team Handling and Leadership skills. The role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) involves supervising sales activities in a designated area,
guaranteeing the consistent attainment of revenue goals and market growth. They oversee inspiring and guiding a group of sales experts, devising strategic approaches to enter untapped markets, and cultivating strong connections with important clients to stimulate business expansion and fulfill company aims.

1. Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned region.
2. Guide and inspire a sales team to surpass targets.
3. Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and organize training to enhance the team's
abilities and output.
4. Identify market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities in the region.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to
drive sales and satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align
sales strategies with overall business objectives.
7. Track sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and
pinpoint areas for improvement.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote
products/services and establish a regional brand presence.
