Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage residential sales, commercial sales, property acquisition, and leasing activities.
  
• Develop strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
  
• Conduct effective communication with clients to close deals and negotiate terms.
  
• Identify new opportunities for real estate projects through market research and networking.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales, commercial sales).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management).
  
• Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to convince clients effectively.
