• Discovering significant Customer needs and Solution provider
• Lead Generation
• Aligning plant & technical team with customer requirements/feasibility
• Quotations & Negotiations
• Design of customer specific offers based on the significant need
• Market Research & Competitors Analysis
• Discussion on Capex for the New products development
• Business Strategies and Strategic Alliance
• Outstanding control / Account reco

Preferred candidate profile

• Discussion with customer for RM projections and dispatch schedule
• Regular visits and touch with Customers for PO and scheduling
• Order processing, Follow-up & coordination with the plant team
• Nurturing the BD customer's to grow the business as per their potential (Increase SOB)
• Development of other SKUs with customers
• Proper handling of quality concerns raised by customers
• Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to increase business.
• Increase / Decrease prices with the customers.
• Inventory Control, Clearance of Old stock
• Outstanding control / Account reco
• Interaction and meetings with developed customers
