Lead Software Engineer - Java/AWS (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices applications on AWS.

- Architect and implement scalable and resilient solutions using AWS services.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Utilize container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and lifecycle management tools (Helm).

- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases.

- Implement data streaming and messaging solutions using Kafka, WebSockets, or Spring Messaging.

- Ensure application security and compliance with cloud security best practices.

-Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest Java and AWS technologies.

Required Skills :

- Java, Spring Boot, and relational/non-relational databases.

- AWS cloud services for full application dataflow (ingress, routing, authentication, authorization, security, auditing, and patching), Data streaming and messaging technologies (Kafka, Web sockets, Spring Messaging).

- Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) with lifecycle management tools like Helm.

- Database tools (JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, Spring Data).

- Modern SDLC tooling (Maven, Git).

- Java full stack-based microservices design-oriented application development and deploying the same using Container orchestration in the cloud environment.

- Understanding CI/CD pipeline & related system development environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in Java and AWS development.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

- Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Immediate to 30 days notice period
