Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ITSM Support Engineer to join our team during the critical Hypercare phase following our recent SAP NetWeaver to S/4HANA Payroll migration.

The ideal candidate will provide immediate post-go-live support, ensuring system stability, resolving technical and functional issues, and optimizing payroll operations.

Responsibilities :

- Provide immediate Hypercare support for the recently migrated SAP S/4HANA Payroll system.

- Ensure system stability and minimize disruptions to payroll operations.

- Handle and resolve customer tickets related to payroll issues.

- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP S/4HANA Payroll.

- Optimize payroll operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to stabilize system performance and resolve integration issues.

- Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress, risks, and resolution timelines.

- Document issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.

- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Hypercare Support Specialist.

- Proven experience in providing post-go-live support for SAP S/4HANA Payroll migrations.

- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll modules and processes.

- Experience in handling customer tickets and resolving technical and functional issues.

- Ability to analyze performance trends and recommend improvements.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

- Knowledge of ITSM best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP certifications (preferred).

- Immediate to 30 days notice period
