We are a dynamic rubber parts moulding company seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the plant to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production schedules, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement strategies for cost savings and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in the rubber or molding industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights.
• Knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
