Job Description
- Plan, monitor, and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the plant to meet daily production targets, while addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and manage the plants delivery schedules, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Oversee transportation logistics to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods from the plant to distribution centers or clients.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure required materials and components are available for production without delays.
- Ensure product quality meets established standards through inspections and testing, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan and oversee the dispatch of products for export, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the plant and customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing for production orders, collaborating with the finance department to maintain financial documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Head Office regarding plant requirements, production updates, and resource needs, providing regular reports on plant performance.
