Advanced Application Engr

• Core Activities Knowledge of HVAC systems, Engineering design experience.
• Study contract documents/tenders, mechanical plans and evaluate customer requirements and ability to do the Engineering reviews.
• Technical discussion and meetings with the customer
• Building Automation System engineering & architecture design.
• Project Documentation and handing over documentation preparation.
• Experienceand understandingofAutoCAD, BIM and Revit modeling.
• Domain knowledgeof Building ManagementSystem, FireAlarm System,CCTV, AccessControland MEP engineering systems(preferred).
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectivelywith consultants and customers.
• Assess customer site for design requirements, Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements.
• Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective design solutions to improve project GM.
• Support as necessary for trouble free design deliverables.
• Assist sales and P&E team by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and providing cost effective solutions.
• Prepare submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met.

Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval.
Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements.
Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements.
Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client
Systems Known: FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, PAS, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years or more of work experience in design environment, with extensive on-site knowledge

• Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, Access Control System, BMS, Smart Parking Management Systems, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC and other protocols
• Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
• Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects
• Previous exposure to a site base, constructionenvironment
