As a Director of BuildingAutomation (BA) Adv Tech / Architecture & Innovation (AI/ML, ControlScience, Wireless) here at Honeywell,you will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in the field ofAI/ML, Control Science & Wireless. You willreport directly to our Senior Director Engineering of BA HTS India and you llwork out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will have a significant impact on the development and implementationof AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless strategies, driving technicalexcellence and innovation within the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development andimplementation of AI/ML, Control Science and Wireless strategies to drivebusiness growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to integrate AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless solutions seamlesslyinto existing systems and processes
- Provide technical guidance andmentorship to the AI/ML, Control Science& Wireless team
- Drive research and developmentactivities to explore and implement new methodologies and best practices inAI/ML, Control Science & Wireless
- Collaborate with product managersand business leaders to align AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless initiativeswith overall business objectives
YOU MUSTHAVE
- Bachelors degree in a technicaldiscipline such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, ControlScience & Wireless, with a focus on developing and implementing innovativesolutions
- Strong leadership and managementskills
- Excellent communication and abilityto convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to lead and inspire a teamof technical experts
WE VALUE
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in arelevant field
- Experience in leading AI/ML, ControlScience & Wireless teams in a global organization
- Proven track record of drivingsuccessful AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless projects and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of AI/MLalgorithms, models, and systems
- Experience in developing andimplementing AI/ML, Control Science & Wireless strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced anddynamic environment
- Attention to detail and excellentproblem-solving capability
