Advanced Software Engr

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Dotnet Core (C#), React.js/Angular.
• Implement real-time communication protocols such as MQTT and WebSockets for scalable, high-performance applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless backend/frontend communication.
• Lead architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for scalable and maintainable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in Dotnet Core (C#) for backend development.
• Expertise in React.js or Angular for modern front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with MQTT, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.
• Proficiency in REST API design and integration.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), SSRS.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

• Experience with InstallShield for application packaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
• Familiarity with VBDotnet and legacy system migration.
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc).
• Exposure to IoT applications and real-time event-driven architectures.

• bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
