Job Description
- We are looking for experienced Software Engineer to take care of the Application Quality by creating manual test cases, automate the test cases using Katalon studio and Locust and run the regression with Katalon and BrowserStack.
- The successful candidate is going to be part of our Scaled Agile software development team working closely with DevOps, Honeywell Forge Platform, Business Aviation Flight & Cabin services Engineering teams, Operations, Product management, Account Management & Sales teams for feature development and support advanced web and mobile applications in Connected Aerospace.
- We need people who can think on their own and see software as part of the entire product.
- The ideal candidate you should enjoy taking ownership of projects or defined deliverables and want to work in a collaborative environment with a small team. Creativity, independent thinking, and vision are required .
- Test plan, Test case, Test data preparation
- Test Automation
- Integration Testing
- Verification and Validation
- Reducing defect leakage
- Ability to code in multiple languages
- Analytical skills & software development skills
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience working on Enterprise scale Business applications
5+ years of experience working on the below technologies
- Basic Programming knowledge
- Manual testing with test case and test strategy preparation
- Automation testing using Katalon Studio
- PSR Testing with Locust
- Good to have knowledge on cross browser testing.
- Diverse technology platform experience in Web Technologies etc
- Diverse SDLC experience like Development, Testing etc
- Experience working with Agile Scrum teams/ SAFe Agile Certification
- Experience with version control software
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher)
- Familiarity with modern test frameworks
- Understanding various software development lifecycle
- Demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high-quality software.
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Effective communicator
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Experience in Aviation Domain
