Global Engineering Services (GES)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will have a broad set ofresponsibilities encompassing the following:

Monitoring, and troubleshooting of process monitoring applications
Process critical parameter monitoring and safe plant operation, troubleshooting, P&ID review, implementation of management of change in the plant, carrying out hazop study, review of interlock logic diagram, equipment performance checking, Pre-commissioning and commissioning, Plant performance optimization and energy optimization
Involved in process modeling and simulation, case study and technical troubleshooting, and customer value addition for several customers across the globe in these technologies
Perform QA/ QC actions as per technical specialist/ customer input
Implement process monitor, process digital twin, and other advisory applications
Create/ modify steady-state process models/ calculations in Unisim design.
Software Installation and configuration in VEP / Cloud environment
Configuration of Screens/reports in Customer Portal Tool
Troubleshooting of data connectivity in VEP/ Cloud environment
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. (Chemical/ Petroleum/Petrochemical Engg.)
Experience: 8+ years in refinery/ petrochemical/ chemicalsoperation/ tech servicesYOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
