• Bachelor s degree
• 10+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary
• Leading global test teams across multi projects.
• 4+ years in leadership role
• 4+ years in Airports, Security and Fire Domain experience

• Working experience in agile or scaled agile software development environment.
• Strong preference for Product test automation - simulation experience to include firmware, hardware, software and Cloud.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in overseeing entry to senior level professionals
• Proven track of leading global teams to successful project delivery
• Track record of driving improvements to team performance though team coaching & high impact work practices.
• Extensive collaborative work with partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelines.
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity
• Solid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies.
• Positive attitude and takes initiative when dealing with challenges and opportunities
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
