Requirements and Skills:

✅ Graduate/Post Graduate with 2+ years of work experience

✅ In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

✅ Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Organizational and time-management skills

✅ Decision-making skills

✅ Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations and take team updates on regular intervals.

Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.

Set clear team goals and delegate tasks.

Keep track of progress on tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor team performance and motivate team members.

Discover training needs and provide coaching.

Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

Organize team-building activities.

Conduct Instagram live sessions fortnightly.

Check and monitor social media handles daily.

Handle client and tutor escalations.

Oversee live verified tutor sessions every Saturday.

Collect daily reports and prepare brief updates for the CEO.

Prepare monthly reports in PPT format.

Address team concerns on behalf of clients.

Identify training and development needs, and design programs that promote career growth and skills enhancement.

Oversee Appraisal Process and give performance feedbacks.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and future growth plans.

Lead and optimize the recruitment process, attracting top talent by posting ads on various job portals, Conducting Interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and support in maintaining a positive work environment.
