Who Are We Looking For? We are on the hunt for Team Managers/ Regional Manager who are passionate about real estate and ready to drive success! If you have a go-getter attitude and are eager to be part of a fast-paced, rewarding environment, we want to hear from you!.
Location: Hyderabad.
Experience: 5 to 15 years (Real Estate Experience is mandatory).
Bike/Car: Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Hit Your Targets: Drive residential real estate sales in Hyderabad and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- End-to-End Client Interaction: Engage with buyers, educate them about our offerings, and guide them through the buying process.
- Lead Engagement: Follow up with high-quality leads generated by our powerful digital marketing engine and convert them into clients.
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect with top developers, investors, and end-customers to cultivate long-lasting business relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert market advice, analyze property values, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Skillfully manage negotiations and close deals with HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients, ensuring they get the best deal.
- Seamless After-Sales Service: Work with our CRM team to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for clients.
- Be a Leader: For Senior Sales Managers, lead a dynamic team, ensuring processes are executed flawlessly and targets are consistently met.
