• Manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets through effective communication, convincing power, and team building skills.
• Handle customer queries related to housing loans and home finance products with empathy and professionalism.
• Build a high level of trust among customers by providing exceptional service standards.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive marketing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or related field (NBFC).
• Strong understanding of housing loan products, policies, and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
