Project Incharge

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Head with over 10 + years of expertise in managing residential & commercial projects independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  - Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

  - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  - Oversee project scope, schedule, and cost control to ensure project milestones and objectives
are met.

  - Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.

  - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and team members.

  - Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, engineers, and others.

  - Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.

  - Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

  - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.

  - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  - Handle any project-related challenges or unforeseen issues effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
