Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/brands, addressing inquiries and understanding their needs
- Assist the account management team in ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time
- Contribute to creating compelling pitches for content partnerships, both long-form and short-form, to existing and new clients
- Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, ensuring clear communication of ideas and strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends to help identify opportunities for revenue growth and support the team in developing innovative solution
- Update and manage client information, ensuring accurate tracking of key metrics and account performance
Desired Skillset:
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
