Position: Production Coordinator /. Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 810 years in production coordination within the furniture manufacturing sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components necessary for production.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards and reduce defects.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company safety protocols.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, including design, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and address any production-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8–10 years in production coordination, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production management principles, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
