Marketing and Communications Manager - Marcom

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communication Lead/Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital marketing for our Manufacturing IT Solutions which includes Industry vertical Specific Software Products, Custom software development, MES point solutions, Industry X.0, digital manufacturing based solutions using Cloud, AI, VR, and AR-based solutions catering to Manufacturing companies, Automation OEM, Equipment OEM, Utility OEM industries. The ideal candidate will own and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring impactful communication and strong brand positioning in the manufacturing technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and leadership) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to optimize website traffic and lead generation.
• Oversee PR, media outreach, and industry partnerships to position the company as a thought leader in digital manufacturing solutions.
• Analyze and report on marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to optimize future strategies.
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance market presence.
• Develop customer engagement programs, brand storytelling, and communication strategies to build strong relationships.
• Stay updated on latest marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance strategy.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or brand management in IT, software, or digital solutions companies.
• Strong experience in content marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a focus on technical and industrial solutions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
