Salesforce Product Owner (8-10 yrs)

Role : Salesforce Product Owner

Experience : 8 years

Location : Remote (work from home)

Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce-based applications.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.

- Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly.

- Conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is prioritized and maintained effectively.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, developers, and business users.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based applications.

- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.

- Salesforce certifications (Product Owner, Business Analyst) are a plus
