Role & Responsibilities:-

• Working towards setting processes to enhance customer experience
• Handling customer complaints
• Working on sales building activity
• Working on optimizing cost and taking various cost saving initiatives.
• Responsible for entire P&L of the store
• Competitors analysis
• Coaching employees to develop their skills
• Store employee recruitment and orientation
• Overseeing the center's operations and administration
• Leading the development of center initiatives
• Ensuring the center's smooth functioning
• Planning and coordinating daily work assignments
• Managing stocks and supplies
• Checking and securing cash receipts
• Maintaining regular accounting records
• Escalating requests for repairs and other needs
• Ensuring the center has all regulatory permits and certifications
• Must be proficient in excel and other Microsoft office tools
