Job Description

Job Summary:

The Center Manager is responsible for driving sales, ensuring high client satisfaction, and managing the daily operations of the center. The role requires a strong sales background in the service industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to optimize business growth. The Center Manager will oversee staff, implement customer engagement strategies, and maintain operational excellence in alignment with the company's health and wellness programs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively selling wellness programs and services.
  • Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful enrollments through strong sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, upsell services, and enhance customer retention.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

2. Client Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high service quality standards.
  • Address and resolve client concerns to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists, doctors, and therapists to ensure seamless program execution.

3. Center Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Maintain stock, supplies, and inventory related to wellness programs.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of wellness consultants, nutritionists, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team sales capabilities.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure the center is adequately staffed at all times.

5. Reporting & Business Analytics:

  • Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and business metrics.
  • Analyze customer trends and feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management for business growth strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have prior sales experience in the service industry (healthcare, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or similar domains).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales-driven management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
