Deputy Manager (Architect)

For Architectural design and drawings for execution of Infrastructure development projects Pan India as detailed below:

• Should be a registered Architect with valid CoA certificate.
• Experience in obtaining initial & final building permits, heritage committee approvals, obtaining statutory NOCs/licenses etc.
• Should conduct site survey & investigations, technically document the client requirements, prepare drawings as per relevant Building regulations such as KMBR, NBC etc.
• Building simulation including 3D drawings and Walk thrus using design software. Working knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Lumion.
• Preparation of detailed structural design drawings and working drawings.
• Correspondence with clients, site coordination & work quality assessment as per drawings for timely project delivery.
• Should be willing to travel Pan India.
• Knowledge in Green building regulations is preferable.

Maximum Age: 40 yrs. as on 01.12.2024

Basic pay range (for Fixed Term Contract engagement) Rs. 25000 - 45000/-

Qualification:

Essential : Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university/institution

Desirable :M.Arch / M.Plan

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in architectural design, project planning, and execution.

Desirable : Experience in Heritage building approvals and green building norms.
