• Handling of Failure analysis (Customer inline /Warranty Part/ Field)
• Inline Process verification
• 8D report preperation/review & ontime issue closures
• Effectiveness Monitoring of Customer Complaint Actions
• DQRM presentation at Customer end for OEM inline failures
• Understanding CSR from all the OEM
• Preparing CSR matrix with internal team
• Prepare Agreement of Inspection based on OEM/Tier 1 customer requirement
• Foresight Report Preparation
• GQC Meeting Report Preparation
• Monthly Quality Review Meeting Report Preparation
• BOD Report Preparation
• Foresight Report Preparation
• APQP Document Preparation, submission & Approval
• PPAP Document Preparation & submission
• EO Change Document submission & Approval
• 4M Change Customer submission & Approval
• Deviation Approval Request submission & Approval
• MIP PPAP Audit and Action closure
• Product Audit and Action closure
• Customer audit Pre Verification for readiness

• Strong Knowledge in Automotive OEM handling & their Requirements
• Strong Knowledge in Automotive Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC)
• Strong Knowledge in Customer Complaint Handling
• Strong Knowledge in Automotive Electronics products manufacturing
• Knowledge in IATF 16949 & ESD 20.20
• Excellent in Communication, Reporting, Planning, Organizational, Presentation
