Quality Executive (GUM Industry)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished adhesives to ensure they meet the required technical specifications (e.g., viscosity, bond strength, curing time, and adhesion properties).
• Use laboratory equipment to test physical properties such as tensile strength, shear strength, and heat resistance.
• Inspect the production environment and equipment for cleanliness and operational efficiency to maintain product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

As a Quality Executive of Gum Industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the production of high-quality corn starch that meets the stringent standards required by the gum manufacturing process. You will be required to develop and implement robust quality control systems, lead inspections, address complaints, and continuously improve processes to meet industry-specific quality goals. This role also involves team training, stakeholder communication, and collaboration to drive operational excellence.
