JD - Consultant Compliance 

Qualification :- CA (Chartered Accountant) 

Experience: -     0 to 1 Years 

Job Responsibility:- 

1. Review of advertisements

2. Regulatory Reporting

3. Product review

4. Analyze and  disseminate new regulations/exposure drafts to the respective functions

5. Ensure timely implementation of the new regulations

6. To do Compliance Risk Assessment with respect to Penalty /Warning Orders issued by the Authority to other insurers

7. Provide inputs to business proposals to ensure compliance and regulatory risks are restricted

8. Handing representations to Life Council / IRDAI and such other forums

9. Conduct compliance thematic reviews and support in management reviews

10. To support in preparation of Regulatory Update and Compliance Dashboard for the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company

11. Supporting in Compliance Committee Meetings
