Franchise Operations Support Executive - Gems &Jewels (Mumbai)

1.Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

• Receive and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports from Area Operations Managers

regarding store performance, inventory levels, and sales data.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location to ensure operational efficiency

and business growth.

• Conduct periodic reviews of operational and financial reports from the stores, identifying

areas for improvement and assisting in corrective actions.

2. Operational Support & Guidance:

• Provide operational support to Area Operations Managers, helping them resolve issues

related to store operations, inventory, customer service, and staffing.

• Coordinate with different departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Finance) to address operational

challenges in the stores.

• Advise Area Operations Managers on best practices for store management, customer

engagement, and staff development.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyse data related to sales performance, stock levels, customer satisfaction, and financial

performance across multiple stores.

• Prepare detailed operational reports and presentations for senior management, providing

insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Track and report on the implementation of operational initiatives and projects at the store

level.
