- This is for Banca channel

- 3 level of team will be there

- CTC upto 24LPA

- Location : Chennai

- Age Max 45

- Looking from banca channel only with 2 levels of team at present

A regional manager in insurance typically has the following responsibilities :

- Recruiting and training : Responsible for creating and implementing a recruiting and training program for agents, sales managers, and other employees

- Performance management : Monitor the performance of employees, provide feedback, and motivate them to reach targets

- Sales strategy : Help develop sales strategies and set corporate sales targets

- Compliance : Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws

- Reporting : Prepare and present regional reports, including profits and loss reports

- Business growth : Script business growth and achieve revenue targets

- Mentoring : Mentor employees and provide growth opportunities to develop them for higher-level roles

- Quality control : Ensure quality control and policy consistency

- Administrative support : Facilitate administrative and operational support for employees
