Job Summary :

We seek a talented and motivated SEO Specialist to join our SEO team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive business growth.. You will work closely with the Analysts, Senior Specialists, Account owners, and other members of the SEO team to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze website data to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and a passion for improving website visibility.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.

- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact search engine visibility. Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and execute on-page optimization strategies.

- Monitor website traffic data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong understanding of SEO techniques, including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, technical SEO, and local SEO.

- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.

- Proficiency in conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.

- Ability to analyze website data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement..

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, web development, and design teams.. Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.

- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on time.

- Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical SEO issues..

- Experience in creating and presenting reports to stakeholders, including executives and clients..

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development best practices is a plus.. Client servicing skills are a must for this role.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's /master's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
