Hence travelling will be frequent. Role Overview Purpose:Will be base at new projects sites for HRE Clients Site for the entire period of fit out timelines and will assist Project Managers in terms of giving updates on daily basis on the works execution in line with fitout schedule also keep tack on quality and quantity of works executed by In House Speciality Mistry, Helpers, outsource contractors, Service Providers etc., will guide on site team on technical construction of Site project on its interior and MEP - HVAC Fitout scope of works. And end to end coordination.Communication:Internal

• Report on daily basis to Project Manager on site updates in terms of manpower at site, construction activities in progress, quantity of works executed for each activities, measurements, time lines etc.
• Report or coordinate with Other HRE internal Team members on works or task assigned.

External

• Will pass on instructions, Guide, trouble shoot , explain to outsource contractors, Service Providers on construction methodology and sequence on Civil , Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, IT networking, Paint / Polish, Fabrication metal works , Glazing works and signage / branding – Art Design works etc or as per direction of Project Manager or as given by Client.
• Communicate for any query on site or projects or drawings with clients, Client appointed architect, interior designer, consultant etc.

Main Duties:1 – will be base at HRE Clients new project site – full time until the project completion
2 – will help Project Manager to follow Project Execution Fitout Schedule as per the given timeline
3 – Will tack of in house manpower, outsource contractors, Service Providers scope of work matching with that of project execution schedule.
4 – coordinate with in house manpower, outsource contractors, Service Providers to provide drawing and help in execution of the same
5 – keep check on outsource contractors, Service Providers on Quality & Quantity of work executed
6 – Will help in house man power, outsource contractors, Service Providers on orientation of new Project site.
7 – Will be on site point contact for Indent, receiving material deliveries and do GRN
8 – reporting on development , issues , constrain of project site to Project Manager
9 – help Project Manager on checking site measurements of executed works by in house manpower, outsource contractors, Service Providers
10 – will act as a Project site in charge and supervise all activities of the site
11 – Will be responsible for attending all Snag list and wish list given by Project Manager, Clients Team member or client.
12 – Will assist in takeover letter sign off from LL / or Mall management / Or Client during site possession and take part in Handover Document sig off to Client Team.
13 – will play an active role in site line out and making sure all drawings and layout are kept in proper condition and read the same for project execution for correct understanding of in house manpower, outsource contractors, Service Providers
14 – Preparing Opening and closing reports on daily basis and supporting the same with activities completed with photos and videos with commentary.
15 – Assist other in-house team member, office team member in any queries / questions, Measurements, RA Bills and answers and support.
Act as One Pint of Contact for given site / Project.
16 – Responsible for all safety and security of client’s site and or any protocol for the site in organized control building premises or area.
17 - Carry out, update and report all BOQ Items scope of works, NT items Scope of works, Petty cash expenses Etc.
18 – Will be responsible for all permission / documentation required for site related works or formalities for works at HRE Clients site.
19 – Maintain Site Dairy with all instruction, corrections, additions and meetings happening on site.
20 – Ensure in organizing and distribution of works among in house manpower, outsource contractors, Service Providers and guiding and mentor the site team.Additional Tasks:1 - In case of critical material shortage – visits to local market for sourcing
2 – may visit post office or courier company office to post drawings, important documents to regional office or corporate office
Role Specifications Specify whether ‘essential’ and ‘desirable’ requirements
Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical or ITI or 12th pass, Engineer in Civil , Mechanical or electrical
• Basic Knowledge on Architectural / design software. i.e. AutoCAD.
• Basic Knowledge of al MEP systems, Activities and processes.

Experience

• Proven ability to lead and develop high performance teams
• 2 + years of related site fit out interior work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Corporate Office F&B – QSR / Hotel/ Retail brands fit outs or construction activities (desirable)
• Experience in dealing and getting work done with external agencies

Skills

• Corporate Office F&B – QSR / Hotel/ Retail brands Facility MEP ,HVAC Fire safety , Networking service technical , Cafà - Restaurant Equipment / Machinery installation, understanding and troubleshooting
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English and the ability to persuade others to consider a different point of view.
• Site measurement management, scheduling and material supervision

Technical Project Competencies Can understand and follow the project timeline schedule and get it done from in house man power, outsource contractors, Service Providers is must.
