Job Description
- Development. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
- Implement best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Technical Leadership. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Drive technical discussions and decisions around architecture and design.
- Project Execution. Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Estimate development efforts and participate in project planning and scheduling.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay updated with the latest .NET framework updates, tools, and industry trends.
- Propose and implement improvements in development processes and methodologies.
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Collaboration and Support. Collaborate effectively with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing of applications.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate build, release, and deployment processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed.
- Required Skills. Hands-on experience with .NET framework and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
