Mission Statement:
Production manages or assists with managing various production activities (e. g. , assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc. ) including: Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources. Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Your Responsibilities:
Project management of cross-functional projects in the operation, adhering to timelines, targets, resource targets and cost targets
Excellent analytical skills to understand complex problems and develop solution
Coordination, evaluation and implementation of the introduction of new products or technologies in accordance wit
Standards set by customer requirements, guidelines and industry standards
Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order.
Responds to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.
Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources.
Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.
Secure the alignment with legal and HITACHI ENERGY global requirements and address when needed
Coordination with suppliers and getting offer for maintenance spares.
Monitoring of AMC services and coordinating with them for services, spares. Maintaining service reports and tracking their services and renewal of contract.

Your Background:
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical.
10 -12 years of Maintenance and Industrial Engineering experience at industrial facilities.
Knowledge about the occupational risk assessment methodologies and techniques
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
SAP PM module basic knowledge is preferred

You are a systematic, precise, flexible and initiative person and a team player who can drive change Sound knowledge of project management and high competence in organizational development (work methodology, structure, processes)
