Hitachi Storage Engineer (L2/ L3 level in Hitachi SAN)

Role & responsibilities

Shift- 24/7

Hyderabad/ Onsite role

1. Review Incidents and Service requests generated outside of automated M&A based ticketing
- E-Mail/Phone Calls from Customer or Account teams.
2. Perform task assigned if any in Event Management as per SOP.
3. Perform basic reporting functions as required
4. Review service queue's and escalate tickets if not actioned within SLA guidelines
5. As Automation becomes available to execute common tasks in a unified fashion, with minimal risk of human error, execute common day-to-day low risk tasks based on SOP.
6 .Perform queue management, ticket triage and assignments to respective queues
7. Site Access Request Handling, GSC and DC access coordination,Skype Call Handling etc.
8. Basic adhoc reports, based on SOP
