Job Description
- Set up and review the Reconciliation process & ensure the companys policies and procedures are followed in consultation with Head - Banking Operations
- Ensure completion of Reconciliation between Bank and collections by T+1 day
- Responsible for following up with Central operations for closing the cases of unidentified credits and Pending credits in the Bank.
- Review the Disposal cost against the Budgeted cost and ensure 100% adherence
- Responsible for exploring opportunities with Banks for opening new Accounts to facilitate timely deposition of collections.
- Responsible for coordinating with Bank Branches in case of Deposition issues
- Ensuring reporting deadlines are met as per the SLA TAT
- Responsible for coordinating with Operations and ensuring timely deposition of funds in the Banks
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for Burial services
- Responsible for Feasibility check with Partner Banks for deposition and mapping of employees for deposition.
- Review status of the pending recon cases and plan appropriate action
- Attend customer meetings and present action plan to close recon gaps.
