Job Description
- Investigate in the cases related to recon and revert within TAT
- Follow-up and coordinate with branch operations for successful closure of recon cases
- Prepare periodic report on queries resolved and deductions accepted
- Follow-up with locations on recovery on the unjustified recon cases; follow up with HR and location ops for the same
- Adhere to the recon SOPs and client SLA
- Prepare the monthly report on deductions of all MSPs in the branch
- Support branch manager on understanding of errors and their resolution
- Good in Advance Excel
