• Reviewing title reports: Reviewing title reports for properties offered as security by clients.
• Analysing properties: Analysing whether a property can be mortgaged and highlighting any risks. 
• Checking documents: Checking that all documents required for security are available and vetting original documents. 
• Drafting documents: Drafting documents such as mortgage deeds, declarations, and indemnity letters.
• Vetting lease deed documents: Vetting documents provided by vendors. 
• Assisting with transactions: Assisting the business and credit team with the transaction from start to finish 
• Drafting and vetting agreements: Drafting and vetting agreements to protect the companys interests 
• Renewing agreements: Ensuring agreements are renewed on time 
• Issuing Authority Letter: Issuing Authority letter to employees and keeping track of them 
• Reporting to the Sr Management: Reporting to the Sr. Management on the status of legal cases 
• Coordinating with advocates: Coordinating with advocates in legal cases 
• Providing legal advice: Providing legal advice to unit heads on strategy and documents
