Architect For Hospitality Project

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating , creating and exciting architectural design for a hospitality project. The responsibility include but not limited to-

• Developing initial project design concepts using AutoCAD and 3d modeling tools.
• Preparing and adjusting architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to the architectural plans.
• Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Modifying designs based on feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.

Preferred candidate profile

The desired candidate would have worked on a hospitality project, has experience in design development and executed has demonstrated initiative in heritage project.
