Role : Senior Software Engineer

About the Team :

The SCM Inbound engineering team at Myntra includes the Pricing & Promotion, Buying & Selection, Catalog Management, Partner Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Market Intelligence, and Finance Engineering teams. These teams are integral to Myntras Supply Chain Management systems, which are the backbone of our core business and customer experience.

Myntras multi-billion-dollar business relies on scalable, robust, and intelligent SCM systems that connect demand from millions of customers with products from a vast catalog. These systems intelligently connect demand to thousands of national and international suppliers using advanced, homegrown tech products. We use technologies such as Distributed Computing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, AI, and Big Data processing to solve complex e-commerce problems. Our tech stack includes Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Java, JavaScript, Springboot,etc

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for Omnichannel Products.

- Design and architect technical solutions for business problems in a large e-commerce portal.

- Estimate task completion times and follow agile project management processes.

- Review and refactor existing code for scalability.

- Document technical specifications.

- Coordinate with designers, team leads, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

- Work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure on-time,

high-quality delivery of applications.

Qualifications & Experience :

- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of overall experience

- Strong end-to-end ownership and focus on operational excellence.

- Ability to work with ambiguity and solve complex problems.

- Proficient in data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with Java backend development in scalable distributed systems

- Web service development and consumption (REST, XML Feeds, SOAP)

- MySQL and MongoDB
