- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure Invoices are raised on time and report the delay or deviation to the senior management.

Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning discussions, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Transfer Pricing
- Implement strategies for tax optimization while ensuring compliance with domestic and international tax laws.
- Ensure transfer pricing policies align with the company's overall financial and operational objectives.
- Design transfer pricing strategies to minimize tax liabilities while remaining compliant with Indian tax laws.
- Ensure all intercompany agreements are documented appropriately and align with the transfer pricing policy.
- Evaluate potential transfer pricing risks and ensures robust mechanisms to mitigate disputes.
Statutory Audit
- Collaborate with auditors to set realistic timelines and milestones for each phase of the audit.
- Ensure Audit deadlines are met without compromising accuracy or compliance.
- Ensure the audit process runs smoothly without disrupting daily operations.
- Ensure the organization meets statutory reporting and filing deadlines.
Invoicing and Accounts Receivables
- Monitor the receivables component of the cash conversion cycle to ensure efficient working capital management.
- Implement strategies to minimize exposure to credit risks
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved disputes to avoid delays in collections.
- Implement robust follow-up systems and negotiates better payment terms to avoid delayed customer payments
