As we continue to grow, our people remain at the core of our strategy. We seek a Senior Manager - HR who will help shape our organizational culture, optimize talent acquisition, and build scalable HR frameworks aligned with our future ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that reinforce our mission, vision, and growth plans.
-Collaborate with senior management to design workforce strategies aligned with evolving market demands.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent, especially for sales and customer-facing roles.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems, succession planning, and career development pathways.
Training & Development:
- Establish robust training modules to enhance employees' capabilities in sales, customer service, compliance, and operations.
- Foster a learning culture that stays updated on NBFC best practices, competitive trends, and regulatory changes.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Promote a people-first environment focused on engagement, retention, and motivation.
- Implement initiatives to build team spirit, encourage diversity, and strengthen community involvement in line with our core values.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws, RBI/Cooperative regulations, and industry norms.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support internal or external audits.
HR Operations & Analytics:
- Streamline HR processes, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HRIS system administration.
- Use data-driven insights to advise leadership, forecast staffing needs, and measure HR's impact on organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in NBFCs or Banks, with a strong sales or business development background.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and/or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and implement organizational change.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern HR systems, tools, and data analytics to drive efficiency and insights.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of RBI guidelines and Kerala's cooperative regulations is a definite plus.
