Product Manager - Investment Banking/Private Equity (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Expand the current product based on customer feedback, our strategic vision, and technological feasibility.

- Enhance user-centric product design through comprehensive research and analysis of customer behaviors and needs.

- Engage in detailed discussions with both current and potential customers to derive actionable insights.

- Collaborate with product designers on creating wireframes, mockups, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.

- Drive product and technological discussions during sales meetings, assist in developing collateral, and coordinate with various teams to meet product demands.

- Establish and monitor key product KPIs, pursue continuous improvement based on these metrics to enhance platform performance.

- Work alongside engineers, AI researchers, data scientists, and designers to deliver scalable product solutions.

- Work closely with founders to align the product roadmap with overarching strategic goals and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.

- Aspire to become a thought leader in Gen-AI, continually monitor industry developments, and assess their impact on our products and strategies.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of post-MBA experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting.

- Prior background in Computer science is mandatory.

- Understanding and past experience with product management principles across product design product analytics, user experience is strongly preferred.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML/Data science is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and execution mindset is critical.

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Model : 5 Days | Remote | Should be able to work 3-4 hours overlapping with the US time zone.
