Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization for Order Processing Domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in microservices API integrations, software development, and e-commerce.

The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions.

- Work closely with Enterprise solution architect and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on architectural decisions and technical challenges within the Order Processing domain.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, staying updated on industry trends.

- Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards.

- Develop software using technologies such as PHP, Simphony, laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Playwrite.

- Support and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.

- Proficiency in development languages such as PHP, Simphony, Claravel, Node.JS, Cubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Playwrite.

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, work ethics, problem solving skills and commitment to excellence.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven experience leading and managing development teams with Agile framework.

- High level of English proficiency.

- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
