AWS Cloud Engineer - Terraform (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud solutions on AWS. You will work closely with development teams to optimize cloud services and ensure best practices in security and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cloud Architecture : Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS.

- Deployment : Automate deployments and manage infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.

- Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor system performance and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.

- Security : Implement and maintain security best practices across AWS environments.

- Collaboration : Work with development and operations teams to integrate cloud services into existing applications and workflows.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to cloud services, applications, and infrastructure.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on AWS.

- Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar certifications are a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
