Job Role: Client Investment Specialist - Digital
About the role :
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team at Client Organisation. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of 50 lakh+. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the Organisation's Portfolio Management Service and Mutual Fund investment strategies, ultimately guiding clients in their investment endeavours.
Education: Graduate/ MBA/ CA/ CFA
Experience: 2 - 8 years of experience in the wealth segment and a detailed knowledge of selling Mutual Funds & PMS (Portfolio Management Services) & AIF (Alternate Investment Funds)
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
Preferences: Local Candidates with relevant Experience & Excellent Communication Skills
Working Days: Any 6 days Working as per requirement
What you will work on:
- You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients where you will have to review clients' portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings are aligned with the market (portfolio size of - 50L & above)
- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, and actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.
- Showcase the Organisation's portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management and guide them on future investments.
- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products through good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients and apply strong analytical skills to help clients with various data points
- Help clients in their onboarding process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders like the operations team, product team and tech team.
- Guide clients thoroughly on their Tax liabilities when exiting or entering into funds
- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more in different products that we offer
What we expect:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services like AMCs, retail banks, investing fintech, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks or PMS
- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
Education & Certifications:
- MBA or CA or CFA is preferred
- NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates
