Job Title: HNI Equity Sales Trader

Job Role:

- Act as the primary point of contact for High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients, providing tailored equity trading strategies and execution services.

- Execute equity trades on behalf of HNI clients, ensuring seamless trade execution with minimal market impact and at optimal pricing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, understanding their investment goals and risk preferences.

- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and trading strategies based on real-time market analysis.

- Collaborate with internal teams (research, dealing, risk management) to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

- Stay up to date on market developments, news, and trends to proactively inform clients and adjust strategies as necessary.

- Manage large or block orders, ensuring timely execution and transparent communication throughout the process.

- Monitor client portfolios, suggesting adjustments in line with market conditions and client objectives.

- Work closely with the execution desk to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal trading policies.

Qualifications:

- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in equity sales trading, preferably dealing with HNI or institutional clients.

- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and execution strategies.

- Excellent relationship management skills, with a client-first approach to service.

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and make informed trading decisions.

- Proficient in trading systems, financial modeling, and risk management.

- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage complex client portfolios.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with HNI clients.

- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading regulations.
