Vice President/Senior Vice President - Debt Funding & Fund Raise (8-12 yrs)

Job Title: VP/ SVP, Debt Funding and fund Raise

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identifying potential Fund raise opportunities, obtain the mandate, negotiate commercials and close the transaction from end to end. Responsible for Revenue generation. Ensure adequate pipeline and deal flow.

- Transaction Leadership: Lead the execution of complex debt capital market transactions, including bond offerings, private placements, and syndicated loans, from origination to closing.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors. Understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic insights and recommendations on capital structure, financing alternatives, and market conditions to clients.

- Team Development: Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and investor appetite. Leverage this knowledge to inform transaction strategies.

- Documentation Oversight: Oversee the preparation and review of offering documents, term sheets, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, mergers and, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with debt transactions and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications:

- CA/CFA/MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 8-10+ years of experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or related finance roles, with a proven track record of successful transaction execution.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of the debt capital markets landscape, including investor dynamics and regulatory requirements.
