Senior Accountant - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee and manage real estate assets, ensuring maximum returns and operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, reviewing and analysing Sales MIS, monitoring project progress, and engaging with stakeholders to drive asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the real estate portfolio.

- Sales MIS Review & Reporting: Regularly review Sales MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

- Analyze sales trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.

- Ensure timely submission of MIS by the respective teams and escalate delays/issues as necessary.

- Develop detailed reports for Director highlighting asset performance, risks, and opportunities.

- Project Monitoring: Review with supporting documents and approve day to day expenses (As provided by the management related to other then construction and approval cost)

- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with plans. Liaise with Technical team to update the technical part of the report

- Financial Management: Review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct regular financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in real estate asset management or related roles.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in reviewing and interpreting Sales MIS.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA/ MBA in Finance or related discipline.

- Experience in managing commercial and residential real estate portfolios.

- Strong command over real estate management software and advanced Excel skills.
