Social Media Specialist
Below will be core responsibilities:
- Manage the brand's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Responsible to drive traffic and customer engagement
- Create compelling and creative written content for social media posts, ads, and website updates
- Twitter posts relating to trending topics in the industry
- Increase engagement% across platforms
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
- Manage daily social media calendars and schedule posts.
- Monitor social media trends and update strategies to boost engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for deliverables
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- An ideal candidate would be someone with
- At least 3+ years' experience working in social media management/community management
- At least 1 year of experience with managing social media in the Mutual Funds
- Prior experience building a following on social media channels like Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin (while also channeling that following to other platforms like Telegram and Discord)
- If you have experience in running ads on various social media platforms, that's a bonus
- Creative thinker
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
